Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VaultrixLabs ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Service

VaultrixLabs provides customer onboarding, verification, USDT order request management, payment/UTR verification, and internal record-keeping for manually fulfilled USDT transactions. Actual payment transfer and USDT fulfillment occur outside the Platform. VaultrixLabs does not operate an automated exchange or provide automated trade execution.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Platform, and you must complete our verification process before placing any orders.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Orders and Payment

USDT order amounts are calculated using the rate configured on the Platform at the time of order creation. Payment is made externally by the customer; VaultrixLabs verifies submitted payment references before proceeding with fulfillment.

6. Fulfillment

USDT fulfillment is a manual, operator-reviewed process. Fulfillment timing may vary and is not guaranteed to occur within a specific window unless separately agreed.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to submit false verification information, or to circumvent our verification and payment review processes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. VaultrixLabs is not liable for losses arising from external payment or blockchain transfer processes that occur outside the Platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
